SNSMKNG (“SNSMKNG”, “we”, “us”) is a boutique branding agency. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you visit snsmkng.com (the “Website”), send us a project brief, or contact us by email or social media.

2. Data we collect
We only collect the data we need to answer you and to work with you:
- Brief form: your name, email address, your brand’s Instagram or website, your role, the services you are interested in, the description of your brand and project, your budget range and any additional notes you choose to share.
- Correspondence: the content of emails and messages you send us and our replies.
- Technical data: when you visit the Website, our hosting provider automatically processes standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Please do not include sensitive information (for example health data or government identifiers) in the brief.
3. How we use your data
- to review your brief and reply to your enquiry;
- to prepare a proposal and discuss a potential project with you;
- to deliver our services and manage our working relationship if we start a project together;
- to operate, maintain and protect the Website;
- to comply with our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling. We will not add you to a newsletter without your separate consent.
4. Legal basis
Where data protection laws such as the GDPR apply, we process your data on the following grounds: your consent, given when you tick the consent box before sending the brief; the steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract and the performance of that contract; our legitimate interest in running and securing our Website and business; and compliance with legal obligations.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us. This does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

We work with clients worldwide, and some of our service providers are located outside your country. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the provider’s certified compliance programs.

Briefs and correspondence that do not lead to a project are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted. If we work together, project-related data is kept for the duration of our cooperation and afterwards for as long as required by applicable accounting and tax laws.

- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
